Do I need an appointment?
If you are shopping for prom, mother of the bride or groom, bridesmaid or any type of special occasion dress, you do not need an appointment. Bridal appointments are required in order to ensure our special brides get extra time and the attention they deserve. You are welcome to call ahead for last minute or walk in appointments as they may be available.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend bringing your loved ones or friends to give you trusted opinions and a great attitude! But really - if you have shoes or an accessory you want to wear on your wedding day, feel free to bring those items. You may also consider bringing any shape wear or bra that you may wear on your special day.
How many guests am I able to bring?
Although we do not have a maximum number of guests, to ensure your appointment runs smoothy, we heavily recommend bringing no more than 6 guests. For more than 6 guests, please call us at 814-693-9323 to ensure we are able to accommodate you and your party.
What is the price range of your wedding gowns?
Regarding gowns that are made to order, our dresses start at $1,000 and go upwards of $2,500.
What is a trunk show?
It is impossible for a store to carry a designer's entire collection, therefore a trunk show is an opportunity for our clients to see every gown in the designer's new line. Our store will showcase the line for a limited time, allowing our clients to see gowns and dresses that may not normally be in the store. What is a sample sale?
A sample sales provides our clients with an opportunity to buy one of a kind wedding gowns off of the rack for a discounted price. Sample sales are perfect for brides who are short on time and cannot special order an item, or are just looking to score a great deal. I found an item I love on the designer's website, do you have it in your store?
We always recommend calling regarding any inquires about pieces we carry in our store. More than likely, we will have the piece that you're looking for. If this is not the case, we have many solutions, such as: custom ordering or loaners. Please call us at: 814-693-9323 with any questions.
What is a loaner?
Certain designers offer loaner gowns which give our clients the opportunity to try on gowns we do not have in store. Loaner gowns are ordered for specific dates and range from $25-$50. To inquire about a loaner gown, please call us at 814-693-9323.
