FAQ
Do I need an appointment?
If you are shopping for prom, mother of the bride or groom, bridesmaid or any type of special occasion dress, you do not need an appointment. Bridal appointments are recommended in order to ensure our special brides get extra time and the attention they deserve. You are welcome to call ahead for last minute or walk in appointments as they may be available.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Your loved ones or friends to give you trusted opinions and a great attitude! But really - if you have shoes or an accessory you want to wear on your wedding day, feel free to bring those items. You may also consider bringing a strapless bra.
What is a trunk show?
It is impossible for a store to carry a designer's entire collection. We hand pick the dresses that we carry in store based on what we feel best suits our clients and their needs and desires. A trunk show is an opportunity to see an entire collection. A representative for the designer will bring the collection to the store for a weekend so clients can see gowns and dresses that may not normally be in the store, and at a special price. See our 'Events' tab to get information on and schedule an appointment for our next trunk show.
What is a sample sale?
Sample sales are held periodically and usually consist of gowns and dresses that have been discontinued by the designer and cannot be reordered. This provides you an opportunity to buy off the rack for a discounted price. Whether you are short on time and cannot special order an item, or are just looking to score a great deal, sample sales can be ideal. Check out our ‘Events’ tab to see upcoming sample sales.
I found a dress I love on the designers website, do you have it in the store?
While we cannot carry every gown from a collection, we can have a dress sent to us for you to try on. Call ahead of time to see if we carry the style number and if not, we can likely have the dress shipped to the store before your appointment.
